The MyHEAT platform for this region was removed on January 17, 2024 and MyHEAT’s partnership with Union Gas Limited came to an end. Residents are no longer able to access heat loss details for buildings in the region. Collected heat loss data will be retained by MyHEAT, reviewed and analyzed for improvements and the potential relaunch of the platform at a later date.
